Nice.

How well does it work, would it be worth getting myself one imported so I can get free GBA games?

I was wondering.... is there a program that can tell you the size of a GBA rom (64MBIT, 32MBIT, etc.)?

There are some extremely helpful GBA sites out there, here are some of the better ones:

http://www.advance-power.de/news.php (Tons of box art, tools, etc.)

http://www.emuboards.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard/ikonboard.cgi (Really good board)

http://www.gbadev.org/

http://pocketnes.org/ (Play 8-bit NES games on your GBA, about 50 8-bit games is equal in size (mb) to a small gba game)

The best program to write ROMS is PogoShell

Well If The Extracted ROM From a .zip or .rar is 4MB or abouts then its 32MBIt.
8MB is 64MBIT and 16MB is 128MBIT and so on. :)

The megabit size is the same size as the megabyte size x8

In equation form:
mB=megabyte mb=megabit the (x) stands for any number

(x)mB=8(x)mb

or:

(Your number) in megabytes is the same as 8x your number in megabits.

I hope that makes a little sense...
