Bittorrent Speed Prob

I am connected to 13 peers and 6 seeds, which would normally max out the UL and a good deal of DL bandwidth.
And today I just got a D-Link DI-604 router, and in the Application list, inputted the TCP port ranges I found in the Prefs of Shad0ws client.

But speed still off!

Help!

(and dont tell me to search as I have done that and found nuthin)

open ports 6881-6889 and make sure its on the computer you will be downloading with, do a ipconfig and find out what your routers ip is giving you, and open the ports on that machine
