Ok, I just bought an xbox and was wondering what are the firsta games to buy? Halo and midtown madness came with it. Any others i should get?

dude. buy a mod chip. if u know about bittorrent, then theres no point of getting an xbox if ur not getting a mod chip. u can get those one where u don't have to solder.

I don't mind paying for the games, it'll work out a lot cheaper for me if I did just buy them. I'd need to buy a mod chip, get it fitted, buy a dvd burner and blank dvd's OR I could just walk upto the shop up my street and buy used games for about £5 ;)

I just got an Xbox too, and so far the best game I have is Crimson Skies. It reminds me of Rogue Squadron on the N64. I also have Shenmue 2 and Star Wars: The Clone Wars, both of which are pretty good games. Of course I have a list a mile long of games I would like to get, including Wolfenstein, Rainbow Six 3, and Prince of Persia. Here are some good sites to help you decide...

BTW, do PAL xbox's only play PAL games?

They play NTSC too, but then you miss a smal part of the border of the screen. Not a problems for most games.



Burnout 2 is a good game too.
