first of all how do i put a screenshot from my pc that isn't on any URL?

Are they .bin and .cue files?

And no I don't think you can put a pic up without it being on a url

no bin & cue

.exe files that when i run them nothing happens then i run a strange file with some chinese (or whatever) markins and new files appear
