On a BitTorrent Site (http://candystore.tk/)

Seems a bit strange to me when we have instances of MPAA getting some torrent sites closed down, at least temporarily.

I wouldn't have thought NTL asked for that to be put there. Its NTL webspace (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/candystore.tk/ - you get some free if they're your ISP) so mabye the admins just a happy customer...
