Of course, aren't eagles bald? :D

it would depend on the angle the eagle wears it....

laid right back on the head so as it didn't cover the eyes would be the best methinks....

too far forward and it would cover the eyes making one look slightly gauche

Being gauche has never stopped you in the past.

Is there perhaps a bit of elephant in your genes as well ;)

Yes, but big wings help.

I've decided to forego the hat, as take-offs are strenuous, and I shan't land merely to retrieve me lid.

Bald and proud-yes, that's the ticket. ;)

Visors are for golfers, fishermen, and CPAs who still work by candlelight.

I am none of those. ;)

I admit to a short-lived bout of jealousy regarding J'Pol's lid.

I am over it now. :)

What are your circumstances, ang?

ang3968

well my circumstances are....

financially I can't afford a proper hat.... :(

I'm just a little barmaid in a local hotel..... tried the night club scene but they all seem to help themselves in there so the pay is lousy... <_<

So your visor is basically a hat with no top, huh?

This is so sad. :(

Do you know any professional fishermen?

I know a few people who think they are professional fishermen.... but all they seem to catch are colds...

and yes.... my visor is halfa hat.... not really a hat at all....

in fact the only thing that stands out about it is it's a different colour to my hair...

Could you make the argument your headwear is a quirky fashion statement until you can arrange a more appropriate piece?

You need to avoid being ridiculed by those whose lack of altruistic nature causes them to make hurtful comments.

Something to deflect attention away from your pate......

Perhaps a revealing fishnet garment of some type?

Worn haphazardly?
