Sure many forum members are feeling dapper in their hats but I am the only one who actually lives in a hat.

I make my living by being that "rabbit" who is pulled from the hat at childrens' parties. Not a great life, but I can afford a broadband connection.

I am certainly concerned about the "rabbit man" thread, but certainly that is not me!

Are you unionized or subject to the vagaries of the magician?

I am looking for a new career.

I've grown tired of being a bon vivant.

Your Epicurian roots will appreciate the lesiures of the hat. We have no master, no guild, we simply are!

As for a bathroom, we poop into to limitlessness of human imagination!

Grab your hat and join us or simply BE the hat and be us!.

I was sort of hoping this was another "I hit the hammer too hard"(.. or was it the other way around  )- thread, Neottaroiski-style, but this is good too.

I like the rabbit, very cute(a bit too much gemby! though, perhaps, -nothing wrong with gemby!, of course but she has cornered the marked, really) :D

 until it pounces, no doubt.

 Aww, buggrit, I need sleep

Do not disrespect "the Hobbes"!

Hypoluxa is less than the toilet paper I use to wipe my immaculate rectum!

Thank you for the invite.

I admit I was at first retiscent, but the pooping arrangement appeals.

Wait until you hear about the "burying" clause.

You just can't find those bodies after they tumble into the bowels of human imagination.

I call top, btw!

The gentlemanly thing (even for a rabbit) to do would be let Sandra decide, don't you think?

Although I would be willing to settle.

That's why hobbes lives in the hat:

It's easier to get in touch with your "inner rabbit" when he's no more than, um....paw's length from you. :)

Yes, but surely he gets out to eat.

Don't poop where you eat! :(

It's unsanitary! :o :)

(My imagination lives in my hat  )

Hobbes, I must regretfully decline your offer to join you as the rabbit in the hat.

Life takes such unexpected turns sometimes.

As we all know, this forum, being the state of the art facility that it is,attracts a worldwide audience, and last night, after reading of my desire to change positions, I was contacted by a gentleman with a proposition.
Apparently he is a MAJOR PLAYER in the Tijuana film industry.
I have been offered the lead donkey role in a MAJOR Tijuana film production!

I will be working with a BIG STAR named Sandy Buttocks (I think this could actually be you-know-who working under a stage name ;) )!
She is said to be world famous for her performances in these films and apparently knows how to "bring out the animal" in both donkeys and, oddly enough, German Shepards.

The opportunity to debut with such a MAJOR STAR in such a GRAND PRODUCTION was just too tempting.

So, thanks for the offer and via con Dios, mi amigo.
I'll let you know when and where the WORLD PREMIERE will be.

Hobbes, Oh Hobbes, your viewpoint bobs
On verbal tides thru' hatchet-jobs
And papercuts from listless snobs
Who haven't learned to curb our gobs,
We Betray ourselves as fluent slobs.
We beseech thee nigh, Oh heed our sobs
Grant us stilts to smash your lobs.
Within thee yankee wisdom throbs.

When internet archeologists discover this forum millions of years from now in the lower sediment of a derelict server, they will see Chalice's ode to a mysterious Hobbes.

I will be thought to have been an Internet God.

Thanks Chalice, I am immortalized! Strong work!

I'm just not sure I want my lobs smashed
