I know this has been brought up before, but noone had an answer. Does anyone know a link to a GTA Vice City MANUAL (the one that shipped w/ the game) for PC? The "instruction booklet" if you will, so we can read what some of the damn things do! LOL. so if you got it plz post. Thnx.

im guessing you downloaded the game. well if you downloaded the two full cd's they usually have manuals for acrobat reader in the cd somewhere
