View Full Version : Emule - Downloads & Server Lists

Does anyone know of any great emule server lists sites: the only ones I can find have outdated (and dead) server links...
:(
And is there a form of emule that removes the participation/contributioin element? I've only started using emule (to prepare for the phasing out of k-lite :( ) and I don't seem too be able to share anything, even though there are about 150 people (sources) with a file, and I can never begin a download!....

Can anyone help?

They're all shit mate..you aught to disable updating to server list,and on connection.Just pick the best ones ,add them to your staic list,delete the rest,& have connect to static list only.

dont listen to ck-uk.
disable update serverlist on startup
but enable update serverlist when you connect to servers or clients.
By removing working servers you effectively reduce the number of sources for your files.

I havnt had any probs yet mate the way i have it set up..Everything downloads pretty quick with no problems. :D

yep ^^
those are pretty much the standard server lists.
connecting to a server will often give you other servers, too.
/me lives on S.E.D.G. so it really doesn't matter to me. ;)
