Guitar Tutorial Books?

Anyone got any good suggestions for guitar tutorial books? Im getting a guitar (electric, FirstAct) for Xmas :P Sooooo.....I wanna get some books ahead of time

I got this:

The Guitar Handbook by Ralph Denyer (http://www.amazon.com/gp/reader/0679742751/ref=sib_dp_pt/102-5533350-0489719#reader-link),

I got Finnish and English version, it is really good for beginner or more advanced player.
It covers:
Music theory, some history of respected players, effects, PA, amps and
a lot og the technical side too, which some players totally ignore.

Get it, it really worth it. ¨
