very good question - i'd be interested in finding this out to. I saw someone at my school have a GBA and everyone was crowded around him and he's like "i don't buy games thats stupid" and he had some memory card thing u r speaking of which he uploads Games too and plays. If you find out any info let me know thanx.

Flash Rom Cartridges.

They are rewriteable GBA cartridges. You can download GBA roms and write the roms to the cartridge. You can put more than one game onto the cartridge, depending on the cartidges size, and the size of the GBA rom. The Flash Rom Cartridges range from $80-$200, but then you can play any game you want for free! B)

I would recommend getting a ezflash II ps
http://www.ezflash.cn/english/megabbs/category-view.asp

plus you can run emulators on it :)
NES on the go :rolleyes: :D :lol:
http://www.pocketnes.org/

you can do other things with it like play videos and read ebooks on it etc.
The GBA development scene is really blowin up and right now is a good time to jump in. ;)

It depends on the flash card that you get.some use a use linker cable.
the ez flsh II ps wich I own comes with a USB cradle.wich also recharges the internal cartridge battery.
you will also need to use the software wich comes with the card :lol:

I said you can play videos NOT movies. you will never be able to fit a whole movie in a flash cart.well MAYBE in a 1 gig.you cant just copy an avi file into it.you have to encode it into a specific format.look here for more info.

BTW there is a kind of tv tuner for sp.

Movies? :lol:

1Gb = 128MB

Videos, yeah; movies, I don't think so.

I agree with Avatar Man: the EZ-Flash II PowerStar is the best. Either that, or the EZF-Advance, which is equally as good.
