I went on lots of invision board forums, and their loading time is really better like 8 times better or something. What do the admins need to fix that ?

Must be you (downloading too much at once ?)

Pretty fast here

Edit:

Happens if we mass move topics to fill new sections or if subscription emails are sent.

you mean .1140 seconds?!,! :o

Damn that can't be!

With my pc it's more like 11seconds or more.
Even when I don't have anything downloading :(

Script Execution time: 0.1140 is in seconds but doesn't mean that you see the page within this time. It just means that the page was served within this time but depending on your connection it can take longer until your browser shows the content.

Have a look at the bottom of the forums I will enable it for you to check for 5 mins :)

why is it showing 13 queries to load this one page?
the last time the details like this were shown, there were only 5 or 6 queries per page, usually

tia for any info (tell me to p*ss off if i'm poking my nose where it doesn't belong) :)

board is going fast for me too. :)
The only thing bothering me is that I always get a fault message when I go from one page to another.error 564 and 733:object word verwacht(don't know how this is in english,"object is being expected" or something like that?)

guess those error numbers don't matter cause they're different all the time, but same message

~FunK_mOb~ are you browsing within KL or with a browser ? NS / Opera/ IE don't show any errors but maybe its related to some javascript in your KL client ?!

Could be some javascript security problem. Maybe some of your settings are disabled for security (firewalls / anti virus do this often)

;)

I didn't mess with any of my settings as far as i know.
I did remove all zero-length files with jv16 powertools
That's all!

Is that bad?

it might be executing scripts quickly but that doesn't mean they're being served to you in that time. There's a few more processes than that involved.
I would suggest a ping test would be a better indicator of performance.

At this moment it's not too bad. but this, so far, is a good day.

When it climbs above 400ms I would expect it would be hard to "surf" the forum.

this may also not be a true indication as it only means that the connection is being made, not that a particular document will be served in that time.
