Shareaza Doesnt Connect To Edonkey

if you can't connect to the eDonkey servers try what Mr. Blunt said

if you can't connect to a eDonkey2000 client, then this is a know problem with Shareaza, nothing you can do - you can read about it on their forum, which is a lot better than this one for Shareaza problems, unsurprisingly

When I couldn't connect to ED2K after I downloaded the server list I just didn't bother with it, then about half an hour later it connected and has always connected right away every since.

Iam usually unable to connect to ED2K towards around 5pm(GMT) onwards however after about 5 mins it will connect but the speed isnt great.

Add this server.met to your Discovery services (F9) and query it to get a list of servers. which you can see if you press F8. (These two windows can be accessed thru the view tools).

I rarely have problems connecting to edonkey/ emule using Shareaza. But i do have a problem connecting to Gnutella network. Both the legacy and Gnutella 2 networks.

gneutell1 is like that. its hard to stay on it for some reason but gneutella 2 dosent have that problem for me.

use this sote to download the server.met file:

1. start shareaza
2. press F8
3. right click in an empty whire spece
4. click doenload serrver.met
5. paste the url in the box
6. click ok
7. wait a few secs to connect for the first time then afterwords it connects in a few secs

i did this but G1 still dont connect! what is wrong? u can have all 3 networks at the same time.. right? thnks.

EDIT: nvm it all works now
