I just got high speed but whenever i connect emule through the default port or any port, i always get a message that the selected port is not reachable. Sometimes it does connect but i get a low id.

Thnx

I have dont that too, it doesnt work no matter what i try. I always get a Low ID if E-mule connects. Most of the time the connection doesnt go through.

could you get a high id before? do you use a router or on a lan?
maybe your computer is busy doing something else, it makes it difficult to connect properly to servers.

No, i am not on a router or lan. I used to get a High ID when i was on dial up but now on high speed,i get a Low ID

have you tried with a different version of emule.

-enable safe connect if you havent already.

Is there anything you changed that is different?.
Could it be an ISP issue, they may have blocked the ports?

Putting checks beside Use smart LowID check on connect and Safe Connect in Preferences>Server should help correct a low ID problem.
