Just my opinion.
http://www.chinkii.com/uploads/album/misc/JLM-WTC-37.jpg

Edit:

Picture removed and replaced by link.... not everyone likes seeing the WTC explode every day, this way they have a choice.

Plus it was a little on the large side.

you guys make out as if these pics are amazing, cool, and worth while... i actually freak out every time i see a pic related to the collapse of the WTC, and i dont think they should be called amazing and so on, but scary, and "should have ever gotten to a stage that this sort of pic would be taken"

and btw, the pic, as much as it scares me, also brings up the thought that every time i see the videos again, i think how bad the world is, and how bad the people of the world have become...

However posting them in a message board so people can say how amazing/cool/etc it is, is disrespectful.

I had no negative feelings towards members of the Islamic Faith at that point in time*.

you might feel hatred towards muslims because all the american propaganda going around . i have said this once and i will say this again , america shot its own foot with its own gun because how do you think these "alquida" learnt how to fly planes? how do you think they got all the weapons they have? how do you think they were trained to shoot them? of course it was all america , they thought they would be clever and get these alquida to help them fight a war and after it was over did they expect to get all there weapons back? of course not so now these "muslims" have these weapons which america gave so now they hate america for using them and then they think of a way to get revenge so 9/11 happens, now im not sayin it was americas fault entirly but they played a big part in there own harm doing.....

america went to afghanistan to get "bin laden" he was used as a scapegoat for the attacks because america couldnt find anyone else to blame because the true people to blame was themselves

also dean are you trying to tell me that america never gave the alquida the weapons the training etc.?

I did not post this for people to start the whole wtc,al quaida, osama ,war on terrorisim etc...
I posted it saying that it is an amazing picture from a photography point of view NOTHING ELSE.
I remind you that some of the best pictures ever taken dating all the way back to the us civil war or maybe even farther back have been of horrible things!

anyways heres a few more wtc pics I like

Personally I think this angle has been way overdone in WTC pics but these two are pretty good.

this is obviously a composition but an interesting one IMO

a google search will get you many more results.needless to say that the wtc towers were very photogenic.

Edit:

Pics removed as they were WAY too large to be posted like that...and, unlike the 1st one, i coulnt be arsed to make links for them all..........please feel free to do that yourself :P

just an observation - but the entire left side of the pic has either been cloned and or
sections of it copied and pasted.

i'd imagine it was done to make the picture the correct dimensions for use as a desktop.

these are the most obvious bits, plus the pattern of clouds in the bg

i kno that this topic has cont'd many pages from the post that im quoting

i kno many muslim ppls and now ive thought of the scariest thought

everyone sez history repeats itself rite? well, what if the US suddenly started executing random muslims? i mean, theyre already tapping into ur fones on a daily basis, stopping u and arresting u cuz ur wearing one of those head-scarf thingies that men wear, claiming ur a flight risk cuz ur muslim... honestly, it seems like were going in the wrong direction

to add to that, one of my friends (whose parents are from Iran) sez that Iran was the first to tell all the citizens to "report suspicious activity." Now, u look at Iran, and anyone can report u for saying "I h8 the govt of Iran." and w/o question, theyd kill u.

It also seems to me that the first amendment is meaningless now (my dad's friend, whos a cab driver, was arrested for taking a muslim to the airport. the muslim was kept for 2 months even after they concluded that he was not a risk, and the cabbie was fined 1000 bucks, and couldnt challenge it in court either cuz of the Patriot Act or whatever

good god, it happened to te jews and japanese first, next theyll take down the muslims...

this world is turning into a filthy piece of corrupt SHIT

its not just the US either... The Palestinian Militants are ruining the lives of many muslims by making them all seem like terrorists. The Israeli Gov't is shooting muslims left and right, Saddams "freedom fighters" are bombing baghdad every day it seems, and I still dont believe that Al Qaeda pulled off 9/11
