Problem With Anonx

I just signed up for anonx and got the software downloaded but when I hit connect.
I get an error 691 that says my username and password are incorrect.I have already checked countless times to make sure they are correct.could something else be causing this problem?

havent gotten a response yet and im inpaitent and also wondering if anyone else had this problem?

ok they emailed back with an answer.
the user name has to be lowercase!
now how can I be absolutely sure its working?
