Mpeg2 Conversion

Can anyone give me thier opinion on what software I need to;
a) Join 2 Mpeg movie downloads
B) then convert them or whatever to burn onto SVCD or DVD+R

I know its quite complicated or can be, so I need a fairly easy not too complicated (experts only) type os procedure.

here you go, also look into kvcd, IMO good as mpeg2 but it fits on one disc

try tmpgenc its in the mpeg tools section (merge and cut)

I haven't actually encoded INTO kvcd but I was impressed by it. I downloaded LOTR:ROTK kvcd and it was 800megs. Thats 3:20 on 800 megs! And the quality wasn't that bad (for a screener, that is).

So goodie :D
