They do it to get exposer that may be they can parley into an acting or modeling career. The real benefit is having an open invitation to parties at the mansion were rich powerful and famous people may give them that one big break.

I suspect so many girls would do it for free the money earned isn&#39;t that much, there usually 19-22 years old looking the best they ever will but playboy still touches up the pictures afterwords.
