Working Network Adapter For Bittorrent?

Anyone know what's a good cheap network adapter that won't get blue screen error when using bittorrent? I plan to get one.

There is a list somehwre of either cards that do or do not support bittorent but I cannot find it right now, however in most cases simply updating your drivers will fix the problem. most brandname cards will work, and all are cheap (- gigabit cards) most any d-link should be fine.

I try 3 driver versions of my network adapter none of them work and it even slow my bittorrent download speed. So I guess getting a new adapter is the only option.

Oh and if you find the list please let me know.
