Torrent File?

ummm i downloaded something from supernova and it gave me this
NBA2004 NoCD-exe[torrent files are not allowed]
what do u do now?

just get the bittorent program http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/ and drag the torrent file over to the program, if your behind a router you'll need to forward ports 6881 - 6889
