I keep getting this error when I try to use things in Paint Shop Pro:

PSP caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0167:bff9db61.

I did a search on it and it said it could be a virus and to use this program:

w32.swen.a@mm

does anyone know where i can get that for free. the site i found it on was selling it.

I ran AVG for the program and it didn't detect anything.

Take a look here (http://securityresponse1.symantec.com/sarc/sarc.nsf/html/[email protected]). If you want Norton Antivirus you'll be able to find it in the verified hashes section of softwareworld

Try the NOD32 on-demand scanner (http://filesharingtalk.com/index.php?showtopic=96763)

I don't know, but I'll run this just to see. it won't hurt ;). I've been having alot of problems with the hard drive lately, everytime i start up it tells me i have bad sectors and it won't let me run scandisk, that just freezes. I recently purchased a new hard drive, because this is going on 3 years old  . I haven't had a chance to get anything on it yet.

thanks. I ran the NOD32 virsu thing and it found a virus in:

C:\Windows\sp.reg - Reg/StartPage trojan

It won't allow me to remove it.

downloaded and ran a trojan remover which did not even detect it

I got it to work :D. What I did was copy the brushes (which is what i had the problem with) from the folder and pasted them in another folder. I deleted the original brush folder then pasted the other one back in and it didn't come up :D .
