lemmi ask you something.

my dad swiched moniters, now my comp has a flat screen.
i had a normal screen b4.

the normal screen never gave me trouble but my flat screen does.

it gives me these unbarable migranes.

infact last night i threw up after only 2 hours of use.

why is my flat screen causing me so much payne?

could it b that my old moniter was 17 inches and the flat is 15?

or is it some other wierd reason?

hahaha

right click on desktop>settings>advanced (tab on the bottom)> then it brings up another window>moniter> and change refresh rate, change it to the highest setting it will go

thx man ill try that

but why does it hurt my eyes, and why does changinh the refresh rate help?

is it bad that my card only lets it go up to 75mhz?

No, 75 Is pretty good. It makes the screen flicker more a second I believe...so its faster and yours eyes dont have to strain so much to see it. Your monitor blinks on and off a lot of times per second...so fast you cant see it...i think.

yes, try to get above 100, the refresh rate when lower will cause strain to your eyes... it just sucks... Try to get as high as possible, 75 is ok, but not good for your eyes mang... :frusty: just like running into a wall...

well it dosnt hurt as much ne more, it takes longer for headaches 2 come.

but is their a program that will make it go higher?

whats a good headache free setting?

and how much will it slow down my comp if i can change it 2 more

If you use a higher refresh rate than your monitor can hold, you can mess it up
