Best Audio Cd's Ripper

i was wondering whats the best software for audio cd's to rip them into mp3's
im using CDex (http://cdexos.sourceforge.net/) .. it is a free app but im facing some troubles with scratched cd's and i get errors in the songs and stuff like that ..
