i downloaded some video from A bittorrent Its in realplayer Does anyone know How I can burn it to vcd?

Get TINRA (http://members.fortunecity.com/tinra04/tinra005.zip) and covert the realplayer video to avi, and then look in the forum I think there are some guides on vcd and other stuff. ;)
