Lotr Rotk Burning Help

i finally finished downloading lotr rotk in bin/cue format. i used isobuster to extract the video files, which turned out to be .dat files. i tried burning them using sonic mydvd but it said it couldnt recognize it. How to i convert these dat files to a recognizable dvd- burn able format? thanks
