Dmg Extensions

I've just downloaded a file with a .dmg extension. From my research on the Net, it seems to be a compressed Mac image file; is there a way to make it work with Windows?

Nope, .DMG (disk image) are specially designed for the Mac, containing thus mac programs, and probably unusable on your pc... ;)
