For martial arts movies I would recommend DC++.
There are lots of hubs dedicated to that kind of films.

Perhaps there's also a tracker dedicated to that, but I haven't encountered one.

You can look through the public hub list.

AsianFlix.no-ip.org is the first I can think of.

Edit: Look through the 'Foreign Sites' section of http://www.btsites.tk. There are some trackers dedicated to Asian movies. Don't know if there's any Martial Arts in there though...
