Problems Changing My Xp Pro Cd Key

when I run the key changer and it takes me into to typing the new cd key it wont let me type and says please enter the number that the customer service gave me :( how can I change my key properly?

at that screen where it says customer service id thing or whatever right under it at the bottom it says change product key, cliock that and you can change it.
