If I want to save a video file to my computer I usually right-click the link and choose 'save target as'. But the video I'm trying to save right now is going to save it as an 'HTML Document'. What is this? Is it the same thing? If not, how can I save this file? Many thanks to all helpful responses!

Here is where it would be using my topic method, you would open it and i guess save it from there (or copy it to another folder)

THANKS, BOTH OF YOU!!!! I see better now what you were talking about. When I right-click on the item I want in Temp Int Files a message is displayed stating "Running a system command on this item might be unsafe. Do you wish to continue? Yes/No. Do you get this message? Should I not worry about it?

Regarding your question, yes you can ignore the message in this case and continue to open.

I would suggest rather copying that into wherever you want to save. So click the item once, press Ctrl + C go to your my documents or wherever you want to save and press Ctrl + V in that folder. The file should be pasted. Now double click it.
