nope, boxtorrents are the only site of it's kind dealing in anime. there are other private communities tho. You'll have to look around yourself for such tho.

I usually get series and such from the fansubbers' or rippers' sites themselves. Most of them use bittorrent anyway.

If you want older anime I suggest you try DC++ or IRC.
