Adding Password On .zip & .rar Files?

HEY GUYS,
I was wanting to know how do I add a password on a .zip or .rar file that I create, so that when I post to the web on a site and someone downloads it and trys to open it, it will ask for a password...

Click the "Set Password" button when creating the archive. ;)

You'll see a password button when You zip the file(s) then You've to enter the password twice.
