Restrict D/l Speed

hiya

can anyone tell me what program it is that can control your upload and download speeds when using bittorrent

atm im using abc 2.6.5, and i have 512 adsl, now its great im getting close to 50k downloads, prob is i cant surf or do anything else as it makes everything else too slow, my uploads are about 8k so its not the uploads doing it

i remember i saw somewhere, something about a program to control max d/l and u/l, but cant remember what it is

Its called Netlimiter (http://www.netlimiter.com/), you need a crack for it though I think you know where you can find one ;)

But anyway how much ul bandwidth do you have?

128 on the upload and 512 down

Shareaza may be able to limit download speeds on torrents, as it does for OTHER download types.

Yeah, best you keep using ABC in conjunction with Netlimiter.
