When I click on a link in this forum, by default it always opens in a new browser window, which is annoying, because I really want it to open in a new tab.
Is there any way to set Firefox to open a link in a new tab by default, or do I have to keep right-clicking on all the links and pressing "open in new tab"?

I don't know if there's an option anywhere, but what you can do is get a mouse gestures plugin. Then to open a link in a new tab, just click and drag the link up for a centimetre or so and it'll pop up in a new window

Go to here (http://texturizer.net/firefox/extensions) and download the Tabbrowser Extension plugin by Shidoma Hiroshi. :)

If you have a 3 button mouse all you have to do is press the middle mouse button on the link and it will open up a new tab. :)

What he said :)

Also - If you have a two-button mouse with a mouse wheel, chances are that you can click on the wheel and it'll act the same as the MMB :)
