This may help you B)

IE6 seems to have a bug regarding third-party namespace providers.
Some of the types of offending programs may be download managers,
personal security software, ftp clients, popup ad blockers, and so on.
This fix may disable some functionality in those programs.

To make IE6 display small images again, delete the following registry
keys if they exist:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PROTOCOLS\Name-Space Handler\http
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PROTOCOLS\Name-Space Handler\https
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PROTOCOLS\Name-Space Handler\ftp

The only key that should exist under
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PROTOCOLS\Name-Space Handler is
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PROTOCOLS\Name-Space Handler\mk.

Try having a look here B)

http://forums.infoprosjoint.net/showthread.php?t=4544

If all else fails...try this for a cheap fix..If you right click over one of the non-appearing pictures (usually gif's) and choose 'show picture', it will appear also.

I have this problemo sometimes. Try to enable cookies in IE options. Disable the HOSTS file for testing. Make sure the images you are looking for appear in other people's computers. Reset your IE advanced options to default. Reinstall IE from AD/REMOVE (at ur own risk), files might be corrupted somtimes, so IE doesn't diplay picures anymore. Disable firewall in case it was installed. Disable proxy server. Use different browsers just for checking. I dunno, contact MS if problemo persisted. Make sure your internet is workin' properly...Go eat an apple if the problem was not solved.

I already told you about that in an earlier post I have made, you said you tried everything :P
Well, you are not supposed to delete the whole file though. U were supposed to delete the site that has the pictures from the list of site in the HOSTS.
