Ad Muncher Question

I am using Ad Muncher for when I browse the internet but when I try to edit one of my html files on my website all this coding comes up. Is there anyway I can keep Ad Mucher from putting it into the file?

Disable filtering by right clicking the cow. But if you disable, you won't have ads removed. You could also try excluding your site.
