What makes you think its a hardware problem?

You say it only happen when running that game?

Also there is another topic about restarting here (http://filesharingtalk.com/index.php?showtopic=104730). Did you read it?

What "f*cks" up your computer? Vice city?

Then why wouldn't you suspect that program to be the fault?

Restart ushally means a hardware problem.
Did u recently try to overclock or mess around with any hardware?
Did u play around with any drivers? bios?
sounds like a certain type of graphical object request from the game cannot get proccessed by the graphics card, because of a stability problem, thus causing an annoying restart.'
Btw, what is the graphics card brand and model?

Try an audio driver update.

I had a similar problem when trying to exit out of Rise of Nations just after I upgraded my comp.
It would restart every time or crash to a blue screen of death.
Updated audio drivers fixed it. Good luck.
