By "XTF" who also made the XBT tracker (http://sourceforge.net/projects/xbtt/)

It's designed to be fast and small (75 kb ZIP), but it's not ready yet. Missing important features:

    * Automatic resume after restart. (done)
    * Error messages.
    * Good choking.
    * Queueing.
    * Options.
    * Remote management.
    * Tray icon. (done)
    * Upstream rate limiting.

Open torrents via right-click - Open or via drag- and drop. Files are saved to My Documents\XBT\Incompletes.

Please give it a try and tell me what you think. XTF
