how come my "go back one page" or " go one page forward" never works? what should i do to make it work?

Use ALT+Left Arrow and ALT+Right Arrow.

i have the version 2.4.3 and i've tried the alt left arrow and right arrow it still doesnt' work

no clue but have you tried klite 2.4.4 or klr2.5.0 or k-lite2.6?? you can find them all here, you are missing some updates (http://ktechsupport.clicdev.com/f/index.php?act=idx) but i don't belive that the version will have anything to do with your problem, however you are missing updates tho :lol:
