try going here it looks like peer guardian has closed there site down . i don't know if this was enforced

Get Protowall's blocklist and use BlueTack's database converter to convert it to whatever program you want to use that list in. B)

Kazaa Lite already has a ip blocker in it, so too do MANY other file-sharing programs.

i use the sygate pro firewall and i put the blocks in the firewall as advanced rules so that covers me for what ever p2p app that i use
