Traffic-messages By Downloading

Hello KazaA-Guys,



When I hit a music for downloading and I looking in the traffic menu then sometimes appear by the download, remotely.
What is remotely? Does this mean that the computer of the user is to busy or ......?

It means that all of this/thoes user/s upload slots are in use. Either wait or look for more sources.
