Play Game In Msdos

Hi all hope i am in the right place looked around .
seems to be ok if not please delete or remove.
Got a game in msdos mode gta vice city ,running xp pro not sure how to run it in dos mode when i click on it it just comes up in a dos window minimised and shuts back down.
Any help appreciated hope i have given enough info .

gta vice city is a full win32 program. It is not a dos program. I think the copy of the game you have is messed.

Is it just one exe file you have? Maybe it is an iso you have to burn to cd.

BTW it is on Gameworld you want this post to be in.

Well, how big is this Dos file?

I wouldnt DL small exe files and run them in my PC,
they're usually viruses or atleast contains a stable full of Horses.

Moving this to Gameworld also..

thanks for your reply it just says gta vice city 159 mb
it will not open to see what files are in it when i click it it opens a dos window so quick you dont have time to see it .
And thats all i can get but thanks for your reply i will delete it and look elswhere
for it.
