try this link for protowall helpprotowallhelp (http://www.bluetack.co.uk/pwhelp/)

if you have it blocked, unblock it, but it should be working.

open control panel
select network connection
select the connection you are using
right click, and go to properties
hit the install button
select services
hit have disk and go to the directory you have protowall installed in
go to the driver folder and select protowall.inf
hit ok
you will get MS unsigned driver blah blah blah, hit ok

for dial up connections
right click
go to network tab
and follow as above

Sort out your bluetack connection, that really is the place for all protowall probs and posts, You mustz have it blocked yourself, it works fine for everyone else :P

Did you select "check sources?"
Of course, then you need to select which sources you want to download blocklists from and where they merged list will be going.

The blocklist manager can be configured any way you want. Should be working.
