Okay, so I've recently started using ABC as I foray in to the world of BT, and has been going okay.

Am currently downloading a file that it is at 99.9%, and does not have any complete partners to download from although tracker shows that there are seeders for this file.

Can anyone tell me what is causing this. I appreciate any enlightenment.

Try opening a bigger port range for abc to look for. Some user maybe be blocked out because of this.

I don't think that'll help, my (v. limited) understanding is that ABC doesn't look for ports , instead when you are connecting to peers or seeds the tracker will tell ABC the port (along with the ip address) it should contact.
As to the question of what to do I htink you'll just have to be patient, nothing else you can do really. If theres a seed then that part of the file should eventually get to you. Maybe try shutting down your client and starting it again (or try it with a different client), its what i would try if i were in your situation.

Ok this is simple enough.
XP caches thumbnails along with foldered torrents that most people are completely unaware of. The extra file is called thumbs.db

This should work:

1) go to your control panel
2) folder options
3) click on the view tab
4) checkmark "do not cache thumbnails

This has to do with super seeding and the lack of seeds.

its probable finished
hit cancel and see if its complete, if for what ever its not
then just reopen the torrent, this was a problem awhile ago

Running W2K, that doesn't seem to be an option.

Quit download and checked number of files against what website showed and 3 short. Tried winrar and came up with corrupt files. Sod it, will cut my losses and try a different version.
