So , i decide to go back to bittorent but i remeber last time when i used it , i found my hard disk very fragmented after every downloaded movie.So anyone has a reall solution to this thing ?

set a defrag program like disk keeper to run nightly.

yes set ur dl to allocate and zero new files on creation instead of incremential file creation
