Bt + Firewall

wtf is wrong with BT when firewall is on place, ports of the BT gets changed automatically and BT speeds goea down and everything is fine when i uninstall the firewall, i dont know if it is BT or firewall anyway could any1 tell me what to do or what firewall to chose and how to configure it with the BT....... i need a Solution???

what firewall are u using ... and if u using xp make sure the stock firewall is off ... hopefully ur not using a router .... i use zonealarm with no problem what so ever

i am using Sygate firewall, i hope i can find a solution for it!!!!

have u got the XP firewall on? If you have allowed bt in sygate u shudnt b gettin any problems :huh:

i am not running XP firwall (its shite anyway) but Bt does not work with Sygate, mybe i need to try some other firewalls, any suggestions
