All my downloads in bittorrent are freezing at a point when it reaches 24/25 kbps. I tried reinstalling then tried different clients. But nothing working.
Help plz....

Im having the same problem. When I get to about 150-250 it freezes for no apparent reason. It just started happening too. I dont know anything ive changed.

Maybe Pandanium AntiVirus. I dont think its ZoneAlarm cause I wasnt getting this before.
