Bittorrent Downloading As .nfi

I can't get my head around this one at the mo! Some of the films I have downloaded I cant burn to dvd, after checking, I found they are .nfi files, and nero wont recognise them! Any body got any info on what progs to use to convert them to .avi or straight dvd files so that I can put them onto discs?

Try changing the extension to txt and open them with Notepad to see what you get.
