Either when you upgrade your GEP (accuracy mods and such), or when you up your Heavy Weapons skill, (I can't remember which), it gives the GEP the beeping and such.

Holy shit! Beeping GEP!


Hmm, I wonder why. What's the point for good GEP/bad GEP? Making looted GEP less useful/less valuable?

What I noticed is I can't loot other people's GEP guns when I kill them, it's just a "you found nothing"

People are killing each other and looting their GEP!
