Editing Video File Properties/information

Is there something similar to the ID3-Tag on MP3 files that can be changed on video files (avi files)? It seems like a simple question to answer but I can't seem to find one. Right clicking the file and clicking properties isn't doing much and I'd like to be able to edit the tag info.

Particularly needed when you have people propagating mis-labeled and mis-leading files. I'd like to be able to change it to say what it REALLY is so no one else gets duped.

Any ideas?

Im sure Magix MP3 Maker Deluxe 2005 will do the trick.
