Whats This?!?!?

I just downloaded a game from suprnova and the file turned out to be an RNG file instead of bin-cue, iso, rar or whatever. Look i don't have a clue what kind of file is an RNG and i certainly don't know what do....
Can anybody tell me what the heck that file is?? :( :( :helpsmile: :helpsmile:

use ultraiso and convert it to a iso and then mount it
